I just watched the movie tonight after many years. I went seeking comparisons of the movie Conan with Howard's and found that and much more in your essay (to call it a review does not do it justice). Thank you for taking the time to analyze Milius' work with such depth, and then to share it with us. Your insight and thoroughness is greatly valued and appreciated here.
