Terminated

I've been laid off. Well, not really. My position has been eliminated (the division was closed), and there's no room in the computer department at USIS. Friday was incredibly emotional for everyone it seemed. There's a lot of frustration over the way they've been treated. Personally, my situation is good and the timing is fine, but it still feels strange not to have to be anywhere this Monday. Finding a job is now my job.

I really want to do something creative, which programming is for me. I don't want to shuffle information — I want to build.
